摘要
根据磨削比能、传热学等理论建立了磨削淬硬温度场的有限元模型,借助有限元软件Ansys对40Cr钢磨削温度场及工件的冷却速度进行了研究,得出了工件磨削温度场。最后通过不同工艺参数下的工艺试验与Ansys计算值进行了对比。结果表明,使用Ansys和试验值是吻合的,说明使用有限元方法模拟工件表面温度场是可靠和可行的。
In this paper, based on the principle of special grinding energy, thermal conduction theory, FEM (Finite Element Method) model of the surface hardening process using grinding heat was established respectively and then calculated by Ansys, a common software in this field. The relationship between the temperature distribution of the ground workpiece and the grinding process was found by analyzing the cooling speed during machining. At the same time, the contrastive tests were carried out between the predicted value and the practical value with different machining parameters. The results show that there are good correlations between the values and it is reliable and feasible to simulate and predict the temperature distribution using FEM software Ansys.
