摘要
针对C5112单柱式立式车床精加工车轮轮毂孔存在的问题,提出了对机床进行数控改造的简易方案,基于运动控制卡、光栅、滚珠丝杠和伺服电动机控制技术,在原有机床上加装中低档数控系统、主轴进给伺服系统、测量系统及相关电器元件,将普通车床改造为数控车床,为企业充分挖掘现有设备的潜力、降低生产成本提供了技术改造实例。
For machining exactitude on wheel hubcap with the common lathe C5112, the method of numerical control reformation to C5112 is realized. Based on the technology of locomotion control clip, raster display, roll towel and servo electromotor, the lathe is reformed into numerical control type, by adding CNC system, spindle servo electromotor, measure, and so on. Thus the example of technique alteration on exerting potential and debasing cost for undertaking is offered.
