摘要 应用超声波技术对地榆根中多酚的提取及稳定性研究,并将超声波提取和传统提取方法进行比较。研究表明超声波提取的最佳工艺条件为:以体积分数60%的乙醇作为溶剂,在超声功率为400W、料液比1∶14、原料粒度为60~80目、超声浸提3次,每次20min,多酚的提取率可达到11.71%,超声波法提取比传统法的提取率高出37.28%;对地榆提取物稳定性研究结果表明:地榆提取物适合弱酸或中性条件下使用;对光热稳定性较差,并具有很强的抗紫外线能力,氧化剂对地榆提取物稳定性影响较大,还原剂对地榆提取物影响不大,其他添加剂对其稳定性几乎没有影响。通过UV和FTIR光谱分析,超声波浸提没有使地榆根中有效成分的结构发生改变。 The stability of polyphenols extracted from Sanguisorba officinalis L. root was studied by ultrasonic wave technique, and the effects of ultrasonic extraction method and traditional extraction method were compared. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as solvent of 60% ethanol, ultrasonic power 400 W, material to liquid ratio 1 : 14, material particle size 60 ~ 80 mesh, extraction three times, twenty minutes each time. The extraction ratio of polyphenols reached 11.71%, and the extraction ratio of the ultrasonic method was 37.28% more than that of the traditional method. The extract is suitable to be used under weak acid or neutral conditions, and its stability to light and heat is worse, while its anti-ultraviolet ability is better. Oxidant has a great effect on extract stability, while reducer has little effect, and other additives nearly have no effect on extract stability. The structures of efficacious components of S. offwinalis root by ultrasonic extraction do not change judging from the analysis by UV and FTIR.
