高效液相色谱法测定双黄连制剂中黄芩苷和黄芩素的含量

Determinations of baicalin and baicalein in various Shuanghuanglian preparations

目的:同时测定双黄连制剂中黄芩苷和黄芩素的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定。固定相为C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(55∶45∶0.2)检测波长为280nm。结果:不同厂家不同剂型双黄连制剂中黄芩苷含量相对稳定,黄芩素含量差异较大。结论:本方法简易可行,能有效控制双黄连制剂的质量。

OBJECtIVE The contents of baicalin and baicalein in Shuanghuanglian preparations were determined. METHODS RP-HPLC analysis was carried out by using C18 column and methanol-water- phosphoric （55：45：0. 2） as the mobile phase, the detection wave length was 280 nm. RESULTS There weren＇t evident difference in the contents of baicaline, but significant difference in the contents of baicalein. CONCLUSION The method is simple and reliable for the quality control of Shuanghuanglian preparations.
