催化转化器对充气效率影响的模拟与分析

摘要 发动机的动力性和经济性要求有较高的充气效率,而加装三催化转化器后,排气流过其内时所产生的压力损失使发动机的排气背压升高,从而导致充气效率下降。模拟和测试结果表明:流速越大,分布越不均匀,三元催化转化器中的压力损失越大;发动机转速越高,压力损失对充气效率的影响也越大。 Higher Charge efficiency is essential for power and fuel economy of engine. But charge efficiency decreases when back pressure of exhaust increases because of the pressure loss in three-way catalytic conyerter (TWC). Computing and test results showed: the larger the flow velocity and the more misdistribution, the larger the pressure loss in TWC, and the effect of pressure loss on charge efficiency becomes more remarkable as the speed rises.
