养胃冲剂与猴菇菌片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的比较

Yang-wei-chong-ji vs Hou-gu-jun-pian in treatment of atrophic gastritis

目的：观察养胃冲剂对慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法：慢性萎缩性胃炎病人１５５例随机分为治疗组１０５例（男性６５例，女性４０例；年龄４７±ｓ７ａ）。给养胃冲剂１５ｇ／次，对照组５０例（男性３２例，女性１８例；年龄４５±８ａ）给猴菇菌片３８／次，２组均加ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ，９０ｄ为一个疗程。结果：２组病人的临床症状总缓解率分别为９５．４％和５５％，总有效率分别为８０．０％和５６％，Ｐ均＜０．０５。胃镜检查对治疗前胃粘膜变薄，血管网显露，红白相间以白为主的疗效，治疗组明显优于对照组，Ｐ＜０．０５，但对胃粘膜组织学的逆转，２组无差别。结论：养胃冲剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有较满意的疗效。

AIM :To compare Yang-wei-chong-ji with Hou-gu-jun-pian in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. METHODS: One hundred and fifty-five patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,105 patients(M65,F40,age 47 ±s 7 a ) were treated with Yang-wei-chong-ji 15g po tid for 90 d.Another 50 patients(M 32,F 18,age 45±8 a) received Hou-gu-jun-pian 3 g po tid for 90 d as control. RESULTS:In treatment and control groups the total remission rates of clinical symptoms and the total response rates were 95.4 % and 55 % vs 80.0% and 56%,respectively (P<0.05) .Gastrscopy showd a difference between 2 gruops(P< 0. 05).Pathologic histology of gastric mucosa showed improvement in 2 groups. CONCLUSION:Yang-wei-chong-ji in the treatment of chronic atrophic is effective.
