摘要
为了简化烘干机的结构,节约能源,设计了竖箱式远红外谷物烘干机。以小麦烘干为例,研究了物料的温升速度和温度分布;获得了干燥速度与主要工作参数(物料层厚度、物料层平均穿透风速和物料层平均移动速度)的回归方程,并利用优化技术得出了最佳参数组合。
In order to simplify structure of drier and save energy, thevertical-box-type grain drier heated by far infrared inside was designed. And taking wheat as an example the material's temperature rising speed and temperature distribution was researched. The relating regressive equation between drying speed and material thickness, average penetrate wind speed and moving speed of material layer was established. And the optimal parameter combination was obtained by using optimization technique.
