摘要
对于我国绝大部分地区来讲,农田里的石块一般都是采用人工捡拾的方法,有些石块部分或全部埋藏在耕层内部,人眼不容易看到,逐一捡拾这些石块劳动强度相当大。针对这种情况,拟研究出一种专用的农田捡拾机,为农业生产增产增收服务。在整个结构设计中,捡石机的前轴没有相应的结构设计标准,而且该轴的受力复杂,对强度要求较高。因此,根据农田捡石机前轴的受力情况,应用参数化建模技术建立了前轴的参数化模型和受力分析图;同时,建立了捡石机前轴有限元分析过程的流程图,并利用ANSYS有限元软件对其进行了应力、应变和安全系数分析,以达到优化设计的目的。
In the farmland of a mountainous area of our country, there are a large number of gravels, and these gravels spread around in fields, that bring inconvenience to cultivation and manage. At present, we often adopt the means by hand, these not only make the labor work hard, but benefit low limeade. Whereas these situation, this paper analyzed the development history of rock picker in recent years, and studied the mechanism of rock picking with representative, so that it can scheme out one rock picker that is adapt to our country's mountainous farmland. All these is serving for harvest of mountainous farmland.
