弥漫性肺转移瘤的HRCT表现

The HRCT Manifestations of Diffuse Pulmonary Metastatic Carcinomas

本交通过分析40例弥漫性肺转移瘤的HRCT（高分辨率计算机断层扫描）表现，发现①血行播散型转移以结节为主，肺小叶间隔增厚不明显，肺小叶结构无变形。②淋巴管型转移以肺小叶间隔增厚，边缘模糊为特征，也可见肺小叶间隔增厚，僵直、迂曲。但肺小叶结构无变形，肺内没有结节。③混合型转移以肺小叶间隔增厚，迂曲，僵直，不光滑或串珠样改变，台并肺内弥漫分布的结节为特点。此型可见小叶结构的变形。

The HRCT manifestations of 40 cases of diffuse Pulmonary metastatic carcinoma were studied, and it was found as follows: 1.Blood dissemination,disseminated nodular,undistinct thickening of lobular septa,no change in strutture of pulmonary lobule.2. Lymphantic metastasis,thickening and edge haziness of lobular septa, thickening, rigid and disortion of lobular septa, but no nodule in lung and no change of lobular structure.3.Miscellaneous metastasis of pre-two typies, thickning, rigid and disortion of lobular septa, unsmooth beaded septa sign, and the nodules of diffuse distribution at the same time, the change of pulmonary lobular structure could be found in this type.
