50例中晚期肝癌介入化疗的观察1.药物的筛选与应用

Preliminary Investigation on Therapentic Effect of Hepatic Carinoma with Into-Arterial.Infusion Chemotherapentic Agent in Optimization and Combinations.(A Report of 50 Cases)

本文对50例原发或继发性肝癌，选择优化组合的化疗配方，经过116次肝动脉灌注化疗，94％的患者生存期超过3月以上，超过8月至1年的已达64％。大部分患者正在治疗观察中，与资料相比，疗效满意。文中对药物筛选配伍和影响疗效的因素进行了探讨。

This paper reported that chemotherapeutic prescriptions in optimization and combination were Pre formed in 50 cases with hepatic tumor. 116 times of chemotherapeutic with hepatic arterial infusion applied.the survived rate of more 3 months were 94%, and 8~12 months were 64%,most of these patlents are treating and observing, Compared with the datum.The therapetic effect were satisfied. Screening and compatibility of chemotherapentic agents and infelucence factors of therapetic effort were discussed.
