间苯二酚-双酚A环氧树脂的改性研究

摘要 采用多元胺对间苯二酚-双酚A环氧树脂进行改性,制得了一种无甲醛、不发烟、低游离间苯二酚含量的树脂产物。以游离间苯二酚含量为指标,考察了间苯二酚与环氧树脂摩尔比、多元胺用量、催化剂用量、反应温度及时间对合成的影响。结果表明,在n(间苯二酚):n(环氧树脂)=1.3:1,多元胺用量10.0 g,催化剂用量0.8 g,反应温度180℃,反应时间2 h的条件下,所得的树脂性能较好,其游离间苯二酚含量为0.83%,软化点在95~105℃,钢丝抽出力高达429 N。红外光谱分析显示,多元胺以氢键连接的方式较好地结合在固化物体系中。 A new resin product with non - formaldehyde, non - smoking, and low content of free resorcinol was prepared using a polyamine as modifying agent to modify resorcinol- bisphenol A epoxy resin. The effects of reacpolyamine and catalyst 10.0 g and 0.8 g respectively, reaction temperature 180℃, cure time 2.0 h. The modified resin showed that free resorcinol content was 0.83%, softening points was 95 - 105℃, and steel pull - out force was as high as 429 N. The IR spectra showed that polyamine well bonded to the resin via hydrogen bond.
