催化裂化抗焦剂的研制与评价

摘要 以有机稀土杂多酸盐、自由基抑制剂、酚类阻聚剂、阴离子表面活性剂和有机烃复配,制备了一种催化裂化抗焦剂,并在小型固定流化床催化裂化装置上对其进行了评价。结果表明,该抗焦剂具有较好的提高催化裂化催化剂活性的能力和优良的抑制催化剂生焦的效果,可降低生焦量0.5%,提高轻质油收率0.8%,对汽油族组成无影响。 A FCC anticoking additive was compounded with organic lanthanon heteropolyacid salt, free group inhibitor, phenol polymerization inhibitor,anionic surfactant and organic hydrocarbon .The additive was evaluated on a small - scale FCC unit. The result showed that the anticoking additive increased the catalyst activity well and inhibited the catalyst coking obviously. The coking rate of the FCC catalyst was decreased 0.5 % and the yield of light oil was increased 0.8 %. The components of gasoline were not influenced in this study.
