摘要
采用两相滴定法,以石油磺酸盐萃取物为标准样品,绘制标准工作曲线,测定驱油用石油磺酸盐中有效物的含量。实验表明,测定结果非常接近萃取法结果,和SDS法比较,大大提高了精确度和测定速度。该法可检测相同工艺和相同原料油生产的不同批次石油磺酸盐样品,特别适合大规模工业化生产和应用过程的实时质量监控。
The content of active matter in petroleum sulfonate(PS) used in oil displacement was measured with two - phase titration method by standard work curve established with pure active matter in PS as standard sample. The result showed that this method was precise and convenient and was better than SDS method, its measuring result was close to that of extraction meched. It was suitable to measure different batch PS samples produced by same process and same crude oil and to use in real time quality control of industrial production and application especially.
