摘要
本文从员工需要的多样性、物质激励的局限性和激励实践等方面分析了非物质激励的意义,并从生存、相互关系和成长三个方面对非物质激励的形式进行了探讨,在此基础上提出了如何有效处理物质激励与非物质激励关系等几个问题。
This paper analyzes the meaning of immaterial motivation in three aspects, including : the variety of staff' s needs, the limitation of material motivation and practice in encouraging employees. Besides, the paper probes into the forms of immaterial motivation from three perspectives, namely : existence, relatedness as well as growth, and on this basis several questions have been put forward, such as how to effectively deal with material motivation and immaterial motivation.
