摘要
本文采用问卷调查方法对企业员工的公平感现状进行了研究,揭示出企业员工公平感现状所包含的维度,以及不同职位、不同年龄、不同企业性质的企业员工之间公平感现状的异同,并在此基础上,有针对性地提出提高企业员工公平感的激励对策。
This article adopts the questionair method to research on the peceived organizational justice of employees in corporations, and reveals the domains of perceived organizational justice and the discrepency of perceived organizational justice between different post, different age and different corporation. Then it also puts forward some countermeasures on how to cultivate and motivate the perceived organizational justice of employees in corporations.
