摘要
通过对411名青年公务员和中老年公务员的调查表明,青年公务员需要内容多样;生存需要和发展需要都较为强烈,相比而言生存需要更为突出;成长因素、激励因素、人际关系因素对他们的积极性有着重要的影响;并对与其成长有关的激励措施评价相当高。在此基础上本研究提出了五条对策建议。
Through the investigation of young and elder civil servants, this study finds that young civil servants' need are varied. Their existent neeed and developmental need are strong, while existent need is relatively stronger. The incentive factors of growth, incentive, and interpersonal relationship are playing a positive role in their job enthusiasm, meanwhile, they also give a high cvaluation on the incentive measures related to their growth. Finally, five countermeasures are put forward in this study.
