摘要
急性冠脉综合征（acute coronary syndromes，ACS）包括不稳定型心绞痛（UA）、非ST段抬高心肌梗死（NSTEMI）及ST段抬高心肌梗死（STEMI），是指冠状动脉粥样硬化病变形成不稳定的斑块，继而破裂、冠脉内血栓形成导致冠脉内血流量减少的一系列病理、生理过程的临床综合征。近年来国内外医学界高度关注ACS的研究进展，尤其是ACS治疗抉择、方法和疗效等问题，本文作者结合临床实践谈谈自己的几点看法。
