静滴硫酸镁、低能量电转复心房颤动

Intravenous Drippling of Magnisium Sulfate and Low Energy Electricity in Treatment of Auricular Vibration

摘要 目的对心房颤动患者先予静滴硫酸镁,然后再予低能量的电转复;或对心房颤动直接予低能量电转复。了解这两种方法对心房颤动的转复情况。方法随机分组,56例心房颤动患者先予硫酸镁静滴,再予低能量电转复为治疗组;40例心房颤动患者直接予低能量电除颤为对照组,观察转复情况。结果治疗组平均电转复能量为20 J,转复成功率96%;对照组平均电转复能量50 J,转复成功率80%。两组转复能量比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论加用硫酸镁静滴,能降低电转复能量,对心脏损害少,改善预后。 Objective To investigate the treatment of auricular vibration first gave intravenous drippling of magnisium sulfate followed by lowenergy electrieity to eompare the patients with aurieular vibration only treated with low energy electrieity. Methods 56 patients as treatment group, treated with intravenous drippling of magnisium suefate and then gave low energy electrieity( 20 J) for devibration. 40 patients( eontrol group) only treated with low energy eleatrieity(50 J) for devibration. Results In treatment group, the sueeeding rate of treatment was 96%, and eompared with eontrol group the sueeeding rate of treatment was only 80% ( 50 J ) . The difference was obvious. Conclusion Magnisium sulfate intravenous drippling could reduce the energy electrieity application and redueing the harmful effect to eardiac function.
