通心络治疗急性脑卒中致脑心综合征95例分析

Clinical study of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of 95 patients with cerebrocardiac syndrome affer acute cerebral stroke

目的探讨通心络胶囊治疗急性脑卒中致脑心综合征的临床疗效。方法脑心综合征患者192例随机分为治疗组95例,对照组97例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,加服通心络胶囊3粒,每日3次,观察其临床疗效。结果本组脑心综合征发病率为46.6%(192/412)。治疗组总有效率93.7%(89/95),对照组为75.3%(73/97),2组比较差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。2组治疗后心电图情况比较差异有显著意义,心律失常、ST-T改变、心肌酶改变均有显著改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论通心络胶囊治疗急性脑卒中致脑心综合征疗效肯定。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo capsule on cerebroeardiac syndrome after stroke. Methods 192 patients with cerebrocardiac syndrome were randomly divid into treatment group （ n = 95） and control group （ n = 97）.The patients in control roup were treated with routine western medicine,while the patients in treatment group, on the basis of routine therapy, were treated with Tongxiuluo capsule, 3 capsules once, 3 time a day, and the clinical efficacy were observed. Results The morbidity of cerebrocardiac syndrome in this group was46.6% （192/412）.The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 93.7% （89/95） and 75.3% （73/97） respectively, there was a significant diffeance between two groups （ P 〈 0.01）. After treatment, ariythmia,changes in ST-T and myyocardium enzyme were greatly improved in both groups,there were significatn differences between two groups （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tongxiuluo capsule is effective in treating corebrocardiac syndrome after stroke.
