大鼠黑质网状部微量注射P物质对黑质神经元单位放电的影响

摘要 本实验观察了大鼠黑质网状部(SNR)微量注射P物质(SP,10ug/0.2ul)对黑质多巴胺能和非多巴胺能神经元单位放电活动的影响。结果如下:(1)在记录的26个多巴胺能神经元之中,有8个单位自发放电频率增加为31.00-117.77%,平均54.78±10.99%(x±sx),9个单位自发放电频率减少为51.57-100.00%,平均75.55±6.85%。(2)对在记录的42个非多巴胺能神经元中有19个单位自发放电频率增加为34.69-118.92%,平均63.96±7.81%。13个单位为33.10-96.86%自发放电频率减少,平均62.13±5.54%。结果表明,P物质对黑质多巴胺能和非多巴胺能神经元既有兴奋作用也有抑制作用。 in the present study,the authors observed the effects of microinjection of substance P(SP,10ug/0.2ul)into the substantia nigra reticulata(SNR)on the unit discharges of dopaminergic and non-dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra(SN) of rats The results showed that l the spontaneous discharge rate of 8/26 dopaminergic neurons was increased by 31.00-117.77%(54.78±10.99%,X±Sx) and that of 9/26 decreased by 51.57-100.00%(75.55±6.85%)after SNR injection of SP;2)the spontaneous discharge rate of 19/42 non-dopaminergic neurons increased by 34.69-118.92%(63.96±7.81%)and that of 13/42 decreased by 33.10-96.86%(62.13± 5.54%).The results indicate that sNR injection of SP can not only excite but also inhibit both dopaminergic and non-dopaminergic neurons in SN.
