摘要
针对气吹法进行引缆作业时所需设备复杂、价钱昂贵、工作条件要求苛刻的缺点,研究开发了一种用磁力作用进行光纤引缆的新型引缆作业装置,分别对电磁与永磁式引缆装置进行结构设计与制造.该装置具有结构简单、成本低廉、操作可靠、工作效率高、使用寿命长等优点.
"High pressure gas blowing" method is used to lead optical fiber cable into preserve pipe, which need complicated equipment, high cost and critical work requirements. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the method, a new type of leading optical fiber cable equipment using magnetic force is developed. Electromagnetism and permanent magnetism leading optical fiber cable equipments are designed and manufactured,which have the advantages of simple structure, low cost, high reliability, high efficiency and long life.
