摘要
以1台18.5 kW,6极切向式三相异步起动永磁同步电动机为例,建立永磁电动机负载磁场的数学模型,给出求解域和假定条件下的有限元方程,采用内外双迭代有限元法求解负载电磁场,更准确地计算负载转矩和负载电流,分析了隔磁磁桥尺寸变化和永磁体尺寸变化对负载参数的影响.
A mathematical model on steady states of a 3-phase tangential-field permanent-magnet (TFPM) synchronous motor of 18.5 kW and 6 poles is developed. The finite element equations under assumptions as well as the solving regions of the derived model are presented. Then the steady states electromagnetic field of line-start permanent-magnet synchronous motor is calculated by inner-outer double-convergence; and the loading torque and loading current can be calculated exactly. At the same time the effect of the variation of flux barrier of rare-eart size and the permanent magnet size on steadv states performance of the motor is analyzed.
