摘要
阐述滑阀式换向阀的工作特点及工作过程,结合其工作特点选择了流体控制体积,给出了研究区域的边界条件.用有限元方法建立了液压换向阀的数学模型,得到了换向阀工作过程中的流场流体压力和流体速度的数值解,研究了换向阀工作过程中阀内部的流体速度沿圆周方向的分布规律,并为研究滑阀换向的其他特性参数(稳态液动力)奠定了基础.
Working characteristics and working process of hydraulic spool valve is stated, control volume from many references to working process elected and boundary condions on control volume were described. The mathematical model of spool valve was established based on the finite element method, and the numerical solutions of the main parameter in fluid field in spool valve' s working were obtained. Distributing characteristic of fluid velocity along so-and-so circle in three dimension fluid field was studied and these results were the foundation for studying other parameters of hydraulic spool valve.
