摘要
目的分析不稳定骨盆骨折各内固定之优劣,从而为临床手术提供可靠的理论依据。方法选取18具新鲜湿润固定骨盆标本,模拟五种不同内固定方法来治疗不稳定骨盆骨折,测得骨盆各部位的力学指标变化,再结合本院近10年来临床47例不稳定骨盆骨折的内固定治疗的分析。结果采用π棒及T形钢板内固定,在强度、刚度与稳定性方面比其它方法更具有优势,两两比较呈显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论π棒及T形钢板在治疗不稳定骨盆骨折方面具有明显优势。
Objective Analyzing the predominance of all sorts of interfixations for unstable pelvic fracture in order to present reliable theory gist, Methods 18 specimens of human pelvic were selected from fresh cadavers and treated with five different interfixations to study the mechanical index changes of each region, and they were studied along with 47 clinical cases of unstable pelvic fractures. Result π-shaped rod and T-shaped plates have been obviously preponderant in their strength, rigidity and stability (P〈0.01). Conclusion Using π-shaped rod and T-shaped plates to treat unstable pelvie fracture have obvious ascendancy.
