摘要
目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在前列腺癌(PCa)中的表达及其与肿瘤Gleason评分之间的关系。方法30例前列腺癌组织,按Gleason评分,将≥7分者列为高Gleason评分组(n=10);<7分者列为低Glea-son评分组(n=20)。良性前列腺增生(BPH)20例,BPH并高级前列腺上皮内瘤(PIN)12例。正常前列腺组织(NP)10例。应用免疫组化方法检测各组织中COX-2、VEGF的表达水平及其微血管密度(MVD)。结果PCa、PIN中COX-2、VEGF的阳性表达率及MVD值高于BPH及NP(P均<0.05),高Gleason评分组中COX-2、VEGF的阳性表达率(81.3%、93.8%)及MVD值(63.4±1.80)高于低Gleason评分组(42.9%、64.3%、51.7±1.56,P<0.05)。结论COX-2、VEGF在前列腺癌中均为高表达,且与肿瘤的Gleason评分密切相关。
Objective Investigating the expression of Cycloxygenase-2(COX-2)and vascular eadothelial growth factor(VEGF) in human prostate cancer(PCa) to explore their relationship with tumor angiogenesis ,. PCa. Methods Specimens from 72 patients with PCa(30 cases), benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH, 20 cases), high-grade prostate intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN, 12) and normal prostate (NP, 10 cases) were examined. The PCa was divided into high Gleason score group (Gleason score≥7) and low Gleason score group (Gleason score〈 7). The expression of COX-2, VEGF and the microvessel density(MVD) were detected by means of immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of COX-2, VEGF and MVD in PCa and PIN were higher than thee in BPH and NP(all P〈0.05), and the positive rates of COX-2 and VEGF and MVD were higher in high Gleason score group than those in low Gleason score group(all P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The high expressions of COX-2, VEGF in PCa may be related to tumor pathological grade.
