摘要
结合理论研究及生产实践,分析了进一步提高喷煤量的限制因素和技术问题,提出了在焦炭、含铁炉料、鼓风、喷吹工艺及操作等方面的解决措施。同时指出,应努力寻求具体冶炼条件下最适宜的喷煤量。
Factors and technical problems limiting coal injection amount to be further increased are analyzed combined with theoretical investigation and production practice. Solution methods are presented on coke, iron - bearing buxden material, air blast, injection technique, operation and so on. It is also pointed that the most suitable coal injection amount under special smelting condition should be hardly resecrehed.
