平整机组湿平整吹风系统改造

Wet Skin Pass Blowing System Modernization of Skin Pass Mills

鞍钢冷轧薄板厂平整机组钢板存在边部平整液残留缺陷,为此,自行设计、制造了相关设备,对湿平整吹风系统进行了改造,取得了良好的效果,平整后产品的合格率由75%提高到90%。

Because of skin pass liquid remaining on the side of the steel sheet in the skin pass mills in Angang Cold Rolled Sheet Plant, the wet skin pass blowing system is revamped by the selfdesigned and produced relevant equipments. Good results are achieved and the product pass percent is increased from 75% to 90% after being skinned.
