摘要
炉膛火焰的温度场分布及燃烧状态对于窑炉安全经济运行具有极其重要的意义。近年来,以火焰光能为核心的火焰数字图像监测方法逐渐成为主流。本文从火焰的不同辐射光能入手,介绍了基于可见光能和红外光能两种不同的火焰温度检测方法,分析了误差来源,介绍了相关技术的最新进展,探讨了基于火焰光能的炉膛温度在线检测技术的发展方向。
Hearth flame temperature field distribution and combustion status are vital to sate operation ana burning diagnosis of furnace. In recent years, the flame digital monitoring system based on flame light energy increasingly prevails. This paper introduces two different flame temperature measurement methods that are based on the energy of visible and infrared light, analyzes the source of measurement error, presents new evolution of related technologies, discusses new development direction of the online furnace temperature measurement technologies based on flame light energy.
