摘要
本文简要介绍了小波包分析的基本理论,深入探讨了基于小波包分解重构算法在有功电能计量中的应用,并采用具有很好的计算性、时域光滑性及频带分割性的正交小波db43对非稳态电网有功电能计量进行了仿真实验,结果表明该计量算法的有功功率和有功电能计量精确度可满足现行电网运行要求,基波有功电能计量精度达到0.2S级,谐波有功电能计量满足A类谐波测量仪器的允许误差。
This paper briefly introduced the applied fields, applied prospects of wavelet transform, and expounded the basic theories on wavelet packet analysis. The application of wavelet packet decomposition and reconstruction algorithm to active energy is deeply discussed. Furthermore, simulation experiment on active energy measurement in non - stable power network was carried out using orthogonal wavelet db43 that has excellent calculability, time domain smoothness and frequency band segmentation ability. The result indicated that the accuracy of active power and active energy measurements soundly met the operation requirements of current power network. The measurement accuracy of fundamental active energy reaches to class 0.2S. The measurement accuracy of harmonic active energy meets the permitted error for class A harmonic measurement device.
