摘要
由于双极型三极管的开关时间参数在节能灯失效中的影响越来越受到重视,三极管存储时间ts的分档也越来越细,导致仪器UI9600晶体管参数筛选仪间的存储时间ts测试一致性成为关键。从该仪器的测试电路着手,通过改造达到消除仪器间的存储时间ts测试差异。
The switch-time of bipolar- transistor is a very importment parameter in failure analysis of energy-saving light. And the testing classes of transistor＇s saving time （ts） is more precision now. so the coincidence ofts tested by UI9600 transistor parameter filter machine is considered to be critical. In this paper, the testing circuit is upgraded to eliminate ts difference.
