摘要
超厚膜环氧涂料是一种以小相对分子质量的环氧树脂与特定固化剂反应而得的高分子网状结构为主要成膜物的双组分常温固化涂料,该涂料由环氧树脂、活性稀释剂、颜填料、固化剂、助剂等组成,一道施工涂层干膜厚度可达500μm以上。本文介绍了该涂料的生产方法以及在工程中的应用。
Ultra high build epoxy solventless coating is a two -component air dry coating, which is prepared by reaction of low MW epoxy resin and hardener. The coatings System consists of epoxy resin, pigments and fillers, curing agent, reactive thinner and additives. The DFT of the single coat can be up to 500 μm. This paper has described the preparation technology and its application in engineering projects.
