摘要 以环氧改性有机硅树脂作为成膜物质,并以玻璃体二氧化硅材料、特殊陶瓷材料、磷酸锌、纤维材料为填料,制成保温隔热防腐涂料。该涂料固化后具有耐热、耐油、防潮、绝缘、附着力强、机械性能较好等特点,并具有较好的隔热效果。经检测各项性能指标优异。 A heat insulation and anti -corrosive coatings is prepared from epoxy -silicone resin as film - forming substance and silicon dioxide of vitreous body, special ceramics, zinc phosphate and fibers as fillers. The coatings shows excellent properties including heat and oil -resistance, moisture -proof, insulation, good adhesion and mechanical performance, etc, especially its good heat insulation after cured. All the technical performance are qualified to authorized standards.
