摘要
文中针对激光二极管模块对温度的高精度、超调量小等特点,根据C805lF单片机的诸多特性并结合模糊PID控制算法,设计了一种精密温度控制系统,该系统体积小巧,可以放到激光器机头里面,在调试和维修保养中,不需要拆装激光电源,非常方便,同时稳定性很高。
This paper introduces a precision temperature control system. It based on the high precision and small super adjusting to the temperature of the laser diode module, and based on the specialities of the C8051F-SCM. The fuzzy PID control algorithm can also be used to improve the efficiency. This tiny system can be placed in the head of the laser diode, when it is debugged or maintained, the power supply need not be dismantled, this system was proved to be convenient and stable.
