视网膜脱离手术30例临床分析

THE CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF OPERATION ON 30 CASES WITH RETINAL DETACHMENT

本文总结了３０例视网膜脱离手术治疗结果。治愈２７例（９０％），好转２例（有效率９６．７％），未愈１例（３．３％）．疗效与玻璃膜分级有关，Ⅲ级膜治愈率低（５０％），Ⅱ级膜及Ⅰ级膜治愈率分别为８７．５％及９０％，有效率１００％（Ｐ＜０．０５）此外，脱离范围及异物伤口均影响手术效果（Ｐ＜０．０５）．针对手术治疗视网膜脱离的成功关键进行讨论。

Operative effects of 30 cases with retinal detachment were analyzed in this paper.Among them 27 were cured,2 improvement(effective rate 96.7%),1 without effect(3.3%).The effects were related to the grades of vitrcous membrane.G Ⅲ has a few effects(50%).The cure rate in Grade Ⅱand the Graed Ⅰ were 87.5% and 90%.jures combined with foreign bodies affects the operation(P<0.05).At last,we discussed the keys to operative success.
