摘要
探讨了血小板内ＡⅡ的提取方法并进行了放免测定，结果表明：此种提取方法的精密度、准确性及有效性均达到质量控制要求，为研究血小板ＡⅡ的性质和作用提供了一个简单实用的方法。
The extractive method of the platelet angiotensin Ⅱ is studied in this paper. The results show that: the precision、the accuracy、and the validity of this method satisfy the standard of the quality control.A simple and practical method is used in order to study the nature and function of the platelet angiotensinⅡ.
