CRRT治疗老年尿毒症低钾血症并发心律失常临床观察及分析

CRRT for arhythmia caused by hypokaliemia in aged uremia

目的研究连续性肾脏替代治疗（CRRT）在老年尿毒症患者出现低钾血症并发心律失常的治疗。方法用CRRT治疗该病例21例次，在心电监护下，根据监测的血钾浓度，在置换液中加入相应的10％氯化钾注射液。结果CRRT治疗1～5h后，低钾血症及心律失常完全得以纠正。结论CRRT在治疗老年尿毒症患者出现低钾血症并发心律失常方面是安全、及时有效的。

Objective To cure arhythmia caused by hypokaliemia in aged uremia with CRRT and to judge the curative effect. Methods To cure 21 patients with CRRT,using dialysate consisted of different kalium according to monitor of blood kalium concentration. Results Hypokaliemia and arhythmia were completely corrected after 1- 5h of CRRT. Conclusion CRRT is safe,timely and effective in the treatment of arhythmia caused by hypokaliemia in aged uremia.
