哈耶克市场服务特点理论探析

摘要 “扩展秩序”或资本主义市场秩序中相互服务的主要特点是间接性、条件性和相互性、自愿性或非强制性以及竞争性。间接性揭示了市场秩序作为一个间接互惠服务网络的特征;条件性和相互性体现了市场服务之互利互惠本质,互利互惠构成市场服务的伦理常规;自愿性或非强制性意味着相互服务出于主体自身的选择;竞争性则是保障互利互惠服务的决定性条件。 The main characteristics of mutual service in capitalist market order or the Expansive Order are indirect, conditional and mutual; voluntary and competitive. Indirectness reveals the indirect and mutual benefit of the service network of the market; conditionality and mutuality reflect the nature of mutual benefit and mutual profit of the market service, the latter of which becomes the ethnic norm of the market service ; the volition non-compulsion means the choice-making decision is done by the individuals willingly; and competitiveness is the decisive con- dition to assure the mutual benefit service.
