The Right of Nature:Human's Ethnic Responsibility

自然权利从本源的意义上讲应当是指人类以外的各种生命形态的生存权利。自然权利对自然是权利,对人类则是义务,自然权利的实现以人类承担义务为前提。人类设定自然权利和承担自然义务都必须遵循自然生态规律。生物的自然权利与人的自然权利冲突的协调应当遵循生态规律,决不能用人造的伦理和法律规则取代生态规律。

From the origin, natural right refers to the right to survive of all kinds of species except human being. To nature, it is a right, to human being, it is a duty. The realization of the natural right requires human being to bear his duty. To do so, human being must obey the natural laws governing ecology. In coordinating the natural rights of all the living things and human being, we need to observe the ecological laws and should by no means replace them with man-made laws.
