USING FLOATATION-HYDROLYSIS-CONTACT OXIDATION PROCESS TO TREAT BATIK WASTEWATER

介绍采用气浮-水解-接触氧化工艺处理蜡防印花废水技术。工程实践运行表明,该工艺处理效果好、运行稳定。各项指标均可达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287-1992)二级排放标准。

The application of floatation-hydrolysis-contact oxidation process to treat batik wastewater was presented.It is indicated by the practical operation project that the technique has high efficency of treatment and stable operation.It is found that all the indexes can meet the second-order of “Wastewater Pollutants Discharge Standard for Textile Printing Industry”(GB4287-1992).
