摘要 RNA干扰作为一种快捷方便的工具广泛用于基因研究。此文综述近年国外应用RNA干扰治疗病毒性肝炎、肝纤维化、肝细胞癌等的研究进展。 RNA interference as a very effective and powerful tool has been employed extensively in the study of gene function. The purpose of this article is to review the literature on the recent development of treatment in the virus hepatitis, hepatic fibrosis, hepatic cirrhosis, and hepatocellular carcinoma by using RAN interference.
