药物性肝损伤的发病机制和临床特点及其易感因素

随着新药的不断开发应用及各种药物的联合应用增多,药物性肝损伤的发生率不断增加,引起人们对药物性肝损伤的重视及研究,目前在遗传学、蛋白质组学等方面取得较大进展。现就引起肝损伤的药物、发病机制、临床分类及其表现、易感因素等加以综述。

With the increase of development and application of new drugs and combined application of many varieties of drugs, the incidence rate of drug-induced liver injury has increased gradually,and this has caused our attention and study. Now it has made great advancement in genetics, proteomics etc. We will review the drugs, pathogenesis, clinical classification and appearance, susceptible factors induced liver injury in this article.
