摘要 DNA甲基化是脊椎动物DNA唯一的自然共价修饰方式。DNA的异常甲基化可发生在多数人类恶性肿瘤及其癌前病变,其在转录水平抑制基因的表达,与肿瘤的发生、发展关系密切。DNA甲基化可能在肿瘤的早期诊断、预后判断及癌前病变的逆转方面发挥一定作用。 DNA methylation is the unique natural covalent modification of vertebrate animals. Aberrant DNA methylation could be detected in most human malignant tumors and their precancerous lesions. DNA methylation suppresses expression of genes in the transcriptional level and has close relationship with the occurrence and development of tumors. DNA methylation might play a role in the early diagnosis, prognosis judgement and reverse of precancerous lesions of malignant tumors in the future.
