摘要
在市场化过程中,高校日益主动参与到市场中寻求各种教育资料,来保障自身发展的可持续性。而健全的、适应市场化发展的高校筹资机制是保障办学资金,提高筹资效率的关键。高校筹资机制表现为筹资主体(高校和个人)在筹资方面的自我管理机能和活动协调机能两个方面。
In the process of marketization, colleges & universities increasingly take the initiative to participate in the market for the search of all kinds of education resources required by operating, so as to keep their own developmental sustainability. The key factor that the perfect and suitable marketization fund-raising mechanism which can ensure the funds of running schools . The paper systematically analyses self-managing function and coordination function, as well as fund-raising modes for colleges and universities.
