Basic status of earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation of Linfen city is briefly introduced, mainly focused on work of fortification against earthquake in Linfen city on five aspects., support of government, wide propaganda, inspection by law, training and service of good quality. Also, problems currently existing in management work are pointed out. It is considered that strengthening management on fortification against earthquake is an important content for making earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation of city and county better.
