The importance that the press spokesman system, during the time a sudden earthquake crisis occurs, in the process that government and earthquake administration promote some important work smoothly, solve hotspot problems concerned by public and clam down earthquake rumor are described. It is concluded that as an administration of earthquake work, it is necessary and feasible to establish the press spokesman system.
