课程制度是学校落实课程计划和课程方案,有效促进学校课程实施与课程开发、课程管理与课程评价的一系列规程和行为准则,是学校实现课程自主更新的机制。学校课程制度建设的根本意义在于对学校课程实施的个性化意义和价值创造立场的追求。学校课程制度内在地包含课程价值准则系统、课程行为规则系统和课程运行保障规程系统,其核心要素是课程实施中的价值澄清、行为导引和程序文明。学校课程制度的建设与完善,需要注重课程制度的文化性和有效性。
The curriculum system is a series of regulations and code of conduct for the schools to carry out curriculum program & curriculum scheme and promote the implementation of school curriculum and curriculum development, curriculum management and the validity of curriculum assessment, which is the mechanism for the schools to realize curriculum self-determinative innovation. The fundamental significance of school curriculum construction lies in the pursuit of individualized meaning and value creative standpoint for the implementation of school curriculum. School curriculum system inherently includes curriculum value norms system, curriculum code of conduct system and curriculum operation guaranteed regulations system. The key factors are value clarifying and behavior guidance and program civilization in the course of curriculum implementation. The construction and improvement of school curriculum system need to pay attention to the culture and effectiveness of curriculum system.
