摘要
采用模糊聚类分析的方法对9种白酒在17个指标值上进行分类,结果与感官特征完全一致.从气相色谱仪获得的色谱图不需要对每一个组份进行鉴定,只要直接把峰面积进行数值化并借助计算机即可快速确定白酒的香型.
index value of 9 sorts of alcoholic drink have been classified by fuzzy cluster analysis method, the result is completely identical with induction property. The aromatic type of alcoholic drink was not determined by identification of every component in accordance with chromatogram obtained by GC, and was rapidly determined by the relation of peak surface numerication and computer.
