胃癌根治术后并发胆囊结石的成因分析及预防

摘要
目的:探讨胃癌根治术后并发胆囊结石的原因及其预防。方法:对我院2000～2006年胃癌根治术后发生胆囊结石的18例病例进行分析。结果:18例病例中行毕1式胃大部切除1例,毕2式15例,全胃切除术、食管空肠Roux-en-Y吻合2例。结论:采取有效的措施可减少和预防胃癌根治术后并发胆囊结石的发生。
