摘要
作为服务于“三农”的信息传播载体,网络版或单机版的农业软件在解决农业信息延伸的“最后一公里”方面存在覆盖面窄的问题。从农村的实际情况着手,讨论了基于TTS的农业信息咨询系统(AICS-TTS)的构建和实现办法,阐述AICS-TTS系统开发的软硬件环境、系统结构和技术特点、系统模块框架以及功能的实现,达到系统的动态性和交互式语音服务,用户随时随地访问系统获取信息。
Agricultural software, on Internet or PC, has the disadvantage on narrow area of agricultural extension, due to poor facilities in rural area. In this paper, the development method and extension of Agriculture Information Consultation System based on TTS （AICS-TTS） has been presented. The software and hardware, structure, system flow and module framework for AICS-TTS have been designed and implemented to guarantee AICS-TTS dynamic and interactive. Farmers have the abilities to access to agricultural information through AICS-TTS because of the high rate of telephone.
