牙科数字成像系统判断根管类型的一致性检验 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨牙科数字成像系统(radiovisiography,RVG)判断根管类型的一致性。方法选择100个新近拔除的上颌第一前磨牙,分别摄颊舌向和近远中向RVG影像,然后制成透明牙。经1位医生间隔1个月的两次分别读RVG影像和观察透明牙,判断根管类型。计算两次读RVG影像、观察透明牙以及两种方法判断结果间的Kappa值并分析。结果读RVG影像结果间的Kappa值为0.7704,高度一致;观察透明牙结果间的Kappa值为0.9324,完全一致;两次读RVG影像和观察透明牙结果间的Kappa值分别为0.3793和0.329,一致性均不合格。结论RVG对临床诊断和治疗有一定的参考价值,但不能精确判断根管形态。 Objective To determine the agreement of radiovisiography (RVG) in studying of the root canal type. Methods One hundred recently extracted human maxillary first premolars were used. Standard RVG images of all the teeth were taken from a buccolingual and mesiodistal direction, and then the transparent teeth were made. The RVG images and the transparent teeth were examined based on the root canal type by a doctor twice at an interval of 1 month. The results were analysed with kappa values. Results The Kappa value between two times of the RVG images was 0.7704, between two times of clearing technique was 0.9324. While the Kappa values between the RVG images and the clearing technique were 0.3793 and 0.329 respectively. Conclusion It is concluded that the limited value of RVG alone when studying subtle aspect of the root canal system.
